Work that needs other licenses
Some parts of a remodel legally require other licensed professionals: licensed plumbers for plumbing and gas, licensed electricians for electrical work, and sometimes an architect or engineer for permits. When your project needs them, we’ll tell you before you sign, and the permit notice you receive will say who obtains each permit.
