We believe a successful project begins with understanding the space and setting clear expectations. We take time to evaluate the work, discuss the scope, and explain the process before moving forward.
Trust is built through communication, accountability, and consistent attention to detail. We believe clients deserve to know who is doing the work, what to expect, and how their property will be treated. Portfolio examples completed by team members in previous roles remain clearly identified.
How we work
- Look before we price
- Most proposals start with a visit, because what’s behind a wall or under a floor changes the job. We’d rather talk about it before you sign than after.
- Put it in writing
- Scope, materials, price, dates and payment schedule go in the contract. Changes are made with a signed change order that shows the new price before the work is done.
- Say what we see
- If a wall needs more than paint, or a stoop needs an engineer, we’ll tell you, even when that means less work for us.
- Protect the home
- Floors and furnishings covered, dust controlled, and the work area left orderly at the end of each day.
- Finish the details
- Caulk lines, cover plates and touch-ups are what you live with. We walk the finished job with you before calling it done.
