What we do

Six kinds of work, each with its own page on what’s involved.

  • Painting and wall finishes

Interior painting, plaster and drywall repair, and smooth Level 3 to Level 5 finishes, with the preparation each one needs.

  • Kitchen remodeling

Cabinets, countertops, full remodels and layout changes, planned around your appliances and your building’s rules.

  • Bathroom remodeling

Tile, waterproofing, vanities, fixtures and lighting, with licensed plumbers and electricians for the work that requires them.

  • Flooring

Tile, stone, wood, LVP and carpet, chosen for the room, what’s underneath it, and how you live.

  • Brownstone, stoops and entryways

Front steps, stoops, landings and the entry area of rowhouses and brownstones.

  • Driveways, sidewalks and masonry

Sidewalks, driveways, walkways, exterior steps and masonry repairs, with the permits the City requires.

Experience is in the details.

Grandstone Group LLC is shaped by people who have spent years in residential construction and finishing. We understand what can be hidden behind a wall, beneath a floor, or within an older property, and why those conditions matter before anyone commits to a scope or price. That judgment informs the way we evaluate the work, plan each stage, and follow through on site.

More about Grandstone Group

We look before we price.
For most projects we see the space before writing a proposal, because what’s behind a wall or under a floor changes the job.
Everything in writing.
Scope, materials, price and dates are in the contract. Changes happen through a signed change order that shows the cost first.
We protect your home.
Floors and furnishings covered, dust controlled, and the work area left orderly at the end of each day.

Accountable in writing.

Every project starts with a written proposal and contract that spell out the work, the schedule and the payments.
